Re-inventing eco/affordable housing conference

The project

Our client REACH Homes wanted to host a full day conference exploring the current affordable housing crisis. This was to focus on the main issues being faced and discuss some of the solutions, which will contribute to fixing the broken housing market. The client came to us to source a venue suitable to host a plenary session, 5 breakout workshops and a large catering and exhibition area. They also needed assistance in finalising the event running order and overall coordination of the busy agenda. Our first job was to find a venue that would not only fit with the clients culture and brand but also that could accommodate the multiple breakout spaces. We found a relaxed conference centre located in a church, which had the exact feel we were going for and the client loved it. We then worked alongside the client to develop a finalised agenda that included all of the required elements and handled all the logistical planning of the event including the smooth running on the day.
